Nutrition plans
The meal plans will be based on your goals, budget and time to ensure it matches directly with what you are looking for. I provide full recipes with calorie and macro breakdowns. These plans will change on a regular basis, and on average I send 3 to 5 variations per meal designed for you.

ABOUT ME
James Tindale
I started going to the gym when I was 15 and hadn’t looked back since. Training has not just improved my body but also my confidence. Also, I find training a great escape place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
And now it’s my passion to align what I have learnt from various qualifications to better my skills to achieve results for my clients. I take so much pride in every one of my clients and am empathetic in their journey of changing their lives as I did through fitness. If you’re an athlete looking for a 1% improvement of a busy mum trying to drop a dress size, I can help you.
